My site is hosted by netfirms. Netfirms has an extremely low database query limit of 75000 queries. The low query limit was causing my zencart store to shut down when I ran the discontinued products check in STCtoCart. Mike West was so quick to respond to the problem I was having and provided a solution that solved my problem and will help anyone with a host that has such low query limits. I am very very grateful for all your help Mike. I'd also like to tell you how much time your STCtoCart saves me every time I update my zencart. It used to take me any where from 30 to 60 minutes for each update I did. Using STCtoCart I'm now able to update my zencart in less than 5 minutes; and as a business owner time is money. Developer lacks customer service.  Is very prompt in returning emails however, when you ask for help or if other options are a possibility or to modify script you get attitude, NO and comments that are not necessary, especially for a new store merchant still trying to learn the software and process that STCtoCart offers and how it works.  The developer nor the software are for novice merchants DO NOT use if you dont have some programming experience or api training as the developer does not seem to want to assist even for payment.

In response, this customer received over 20 emails of assistance within 3 weeks time, free of charge, and that's not counting the assistance extended since Sept. 2010 when he first became a customer.  At one point, I had to give detailed instructions for setting up shipping for Zen cart because he couldn't find the time to learn how to do this himself even when I gave him the links that are available at http://www.zen-cart.com/ In fact,  he wanted me to modify my software to allow for multiple vendors. "Drop ship customers can add these outside vendor items to their site as well, but must keep shipping considerations in mind: if your customers place orders with items from multiple vendors, you will be assessed shipping fees from each vendor – you must calculate shipping properly to make sure you don't lose money."

I told him flatly I will not modify my software because of the above reason. I also explained that his order for UPS Next Day air would end up costing him money, because it came from two different vendors.
